Description:

The client is developing a centralized portal to serve Arizonans as a user-friendly entry point for available health and human services. This single point of entry will uniquely identify each individual, making it easier for Arizona residents to access prioritized services provided by state health and human service agencies.

In support of this broad initiative, DHS is seeking assistance with the assessment, prioritization, and future state technical design of their most critical citizen-centric services.

Description: The client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer/Data Architect with knowledge in the design, governance and implementation of the organization’s data and integrating master data across all business units and systems. This role will require experience in MDM solutions, data modeling, integration and governance practices. The scope of work entails an understanding of the current MDM architecture and an assessment of planned MDM functionality, integration needs and desired architecture.

Technical Experience:

5+ years experience in data architecture, MDM and data governance(e.g. Informatica, TAMR, SQL)

5+ years experience in application & integration services(e.g. Salesforce, .NET framework, ASP.NET, WebAPI, REST APIs, SOAP)

5+ years experience in programming and scripting languages(e.g. Python)

5+ years data management frameworks, data integration and ETL processes(e.g. Matillion, AWS

Glue)

3+ years experience in data warehouse , data lakes and analytics platforms(e.g. Snowflake, Databricks)

Experience in cloud platforms(e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
