Triangle Pond Management is hiring a full-time Construction Foreman in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time job with competitive pay based on your experience, and it includes a full benefits package. This includes:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
THE SCHEDULE:
You will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Construction Foreman, you will lead a crew that works on stormwater repair projects for homes and businesses. Your day will include showing your team how to do the work, splitting up tasks, and making sure everyone works safely and gets the job done right. You'll fix pipes and erosion, do dredging, remove sediment, grade land, mow, and plant. You will run equipment like skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, and slope mowers. You'll use plans and drawings to guide your work, keep track of hours and costs, and make sure tools and equipment are cared for.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry, specifically related to construction/enhancement projects
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in operating construction equipment (Track Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, etc.)
  • Effective communication and team management skills
  • Clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites in a company vehicle
  • Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and innovative thinking
