Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team in the Raleigh area. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction projects from planning to implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day construction operations on-site
  • Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
