Job description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent with a strong construction background to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will play a key role in managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of healthcare MEP systems, thrives in fast-paced, occupied environments, and is highly skilled in communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning from preconstruction through the full construction lifecycle
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily site activities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, with a focus on renovations in occupied care facilities
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and healthcare construction protocols
-Maintain detailed daily logs and field reports with a high level of accuracy and completeness
Construction Superintendent Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent
- Experience working on hospital projects with a contract value of around $5M strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare MEP systems
