  • Support inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced field Superintendent with a background in large commercial construction, renovation, institutional, campus, or complex multi-trade projects. Required qualifications:
  • Experience as a Construction Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field leadership role
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades on complex jobsites
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety, schedule, quality, and field execution
  • Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain, if allowed by client
  • Ability to work onsite in the Raleigh, NC market
  • Experience as a Construction Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field leadership role
Preferred qualifications:
