If you have 5+ years of site management experience and a proven track record on federal construction projects at military bases, Arrowhead Contracting, Inc. is looking for you to become our next full-time Construction Superintendent.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:
As our Construction Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our federal construction projects. You'll oversee all aspects of the process, and your leadership will ensure that everything is moving according to plan-from coordinating subcontractors to ensuring daily progress. You'll run the daily kickoff meetings, set the day's agenda, and work closely with the government to ensure the specs are accurately followed and the project stays on track. And with your experience, you'll navigate the complexities of federal construction with precision and confidence. Other tasks include:
  • Maintaining schedules and determining sequencing of work. Developing and implementing recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule.
  • Overseeing and making decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, and quality control.
  • Overseeing work among assigned trades to promote a coordinated project operation.

Beyond the initial project, this role offers the opportunity to travel to various locations across the southeastern US, expanding your expertise and impact across the region. The typical onsite schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • 5+ years of site management experience on federal construction projects.
  • Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases
  • This position requires travel. Candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process.

Having 7+ years of relevant experience is desired but not required.
