Temporary Construction Superintendent

Duration: Approximately 2 Months

Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview

Blue Reef LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee a fast-paced renovation project located in Des Plaines, Illinois.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on construction supervision experience with strong knowledge of interior renovation projects, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and project safety compliance.

This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately two (2) months, with the potential for future opportunities based on performance and project workload.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain project schedule and sequencing activities
  • Coordinate inspections and closeout activities
  • Monitor safety compliance and site logistics
  • Conduct quality control inspections and punch list management
  • Communicate daily progress updates to project management
