The Opportunity: Ground-Up Commercial Superintendent

This is a local, full-time role with no travel required. You’ll be the field leader on complex commercial builds—particularly healthcare and correctional facilities—where precision, security, and safety are paramount.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of daily jobsite operations.
  • Enforce site safety, compliance, and cleanliness across trades.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, logistics, and inspections.
  • Maintain adherence to plans, specs, codes, and security requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and field staff.
