Job description

 We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all field activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site utilities, earthwork, and/or concrete construction and proven leadership skills in managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality control.
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction supervision experience
  • Experience in site utilities, earthwork, or concrete
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and quality control
  • Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specifications
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
  • Interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Conduct and document daily site inspections and progress reports
  • Enforce company and OSHA safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and bilingual crews
