For each project, you establish and maintain a thorough working knowledge of the applicable project plans, specifications, and contracts required. With your strong organizational skills, you coordinate and oversee subcontractors, personnel, and inspectors to ensure that projects are completed correctly and on time. Each week, you conduct subcontractor coordination and safety meetings to discuss look ahead schedules, job-related issues, outstanding RFIs, and update as-built drawings. You also maintain records such as daily logs, time cards, tailgate safety meetings, SWPP compliance reports, progress photos, daily inspections, punch lists, etc. We know we can depend on you to keep everyone involved well informed. Your professionalism allows others to see you as a leader that they can follow to get the job done right.Experience:5+ years' experience as Construction Superintendent.Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Preferred or Related ExperienceResponsibilities:Develop and maintain the construction schedule in concert with the project manager.
