  • Education: High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional full-time work experience
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English
  • Driver's License: Required
  • Location: Must be a commutable distance to the headquarters in Cary, NC
  • Availability: Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday for a standard 40-hour work week

  • Perform general physical activities in construction environments including working at heights, climbing ladders, and working on commercial and residential roofs

Physical Demands
  • Ability to carry and load materials and equipment exceeding 75 pounds
  • Remove and handle ladders from service trucks
  • Set up ladders to safely access roofs for evaluations
  • Climb ladders, stairways, and scaffolding as required
Work Environment
  1. Phase 1: Field Experience - learn the ins and outs of roofing from start to finish
  2. Phase 2: Office Experience - gain exposure to submittals, pre-construction, and technical aspects of the business
  3. Phase 3: Management Experience - shadow various managers across operations and transition into a permanent position
