Loan Servicing RepresentativeAbout the Position

Bank of Springfield is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Servicing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day servicing of consumer and commercial loans by ensuring loan records are accurate, assisting customers with loan-related inquiries, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review new and renewed loans to ensure all coding and documentation are accurate.
  • Answer customer inquiries as part of the Loan Servicing phone queue, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Process daily loan servicing tasks, including payoff quotes, loan payoffs, and other servicing requests.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Assist with additional loan servicing responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Previous banking or loan servicing experience is preferred but not required.
