Provides Social Work services to the hospital's patients and their families. Services are designed to address psycho-social and environmental factors which impact on the functioning and/or recovery of the patients and families. EDUCATION


Master of Social Work Degree from an accredited school. UCONN School of Social Work/ Specialty Certifications in Palliative Care/ Hospice and Geriatrics.Certifications in several behavioral specialties including CBT/DBT/ EMDR and Trauma. Supervisory Certificate for both students and clinicians.


EXPERIENCE


At least 5 years of full time work in a clinical position working under the LCSW license. At least 3-5 years in the role of supervisor and/or manager. Current licensure in the state of CT. Experience and knowledge of behavioral health social work and treatment.
