Job Description

Full-time In-Home Clinician โ€“ This position requires afternoon and evenings availability, a driver's license, and has on-call responsibilities. A clinical license in the State of CT is required. The acceptable licenses are LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT. This job is for Shelton CT. The salary for someone with a LMSW, LPCA and LMFT-A is $60,840, there is a differential if they speak Spanish. The salary for someone with a LCSW, LMFT and LPC is $66,040, there is a differential if they speak Spanish.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000. We also offer a $2/hr face to face differential, we anticipate that clinicians will earn about $2,000 of face to face time in their first year. We also offer a quarterly incentive of $80 per additional billable hours. Our staff currently averages $16,000 per year of quarterly incentive. To summarize a LCSW will potentially earn 66,040 (salary), plus $2,000 (face to face differential), and $16,000 (staff average for incentive). Therefore, potentially earning $84,040 a year.
