What you'll do:
    Lead end-to-end project delivery for the clients LMS implementation, from vendor selection through deployment Facilitate hybrid project methodologies, balancing delivery to milestones with agile ceremonies and iterative planning Engage business units across the client to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure readiness for change Navigate and resolve stakeholder conflicts, maintaining project momentum and fostering collaboration Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk logs, status reports, and executive updates Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and vendor partners Ensure successful transition from the legacy SumTotal LMS to the new solution, minimizing disruption to training programs Champion change management efforts to drive user adoption and long-term success

What you'll bring:
    7+ years of project management experience 4+ years of direct experience managing LMS implementation projects Demonstrated experience navigating and creating consensus across business units. Bachelor's degree required PMP, CSM, or equivalent agile certification strongly preferred High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Attributes
    Experience leading LMS transitions involving vendor selection and enterprise change Confident communicator with executive presence Strong problem-solver who can work through ambiguity and resistance
