Job description

Seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Fox Ridge Apartments (162 units), in Troutdale, OR. Fox Ridge is a newly constructed apartment community (opened April 2024).
Fox Ridge offers spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with luxury finishes. The community is conveniently located near the heart of Troutdale, close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the McMenamins Edgefield Hotel.
As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move-in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and to assist in producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be one who gets great satisfaction from making sure that all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner.
The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures and consistently acting in the best of Carla Properties Ltd. The Resident Manager's specific duties may vary from site to site, depending on the property's requirements and the size of the staff.

QUALIFICATIONS Applicants should have 5+ years of prior Leasing experience & 3+ years of prior Resident Manager experience.

  • Excellent Leadership skills

WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time position that requires working on the weekends. The work schedule is Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm, with the days off as Sat/Sun (40 hrs/week).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Monthly salary range: $6,200 - $7,075 + commissions, DOE.
