About the Role: 
Avadis Residential Living is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to join our team in the Katy/Richmond, TX area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those who need it most, all within a warm and supportive residential environment. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
  • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily physical activities
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Administer medications and monitor health conditions per care plan
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Document and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate personnel

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related personal care role preferred
  • Ability to live on-site and provide consistent, around-the-clock care
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Must pass a background check and have valid identification
