Boys & Girls Country of Houston is looking for compassionate, mission-driven Houseparents to provide a loving, structured home for children in need. If you have a heart for ministry, mentoring, and serving youth in a family-style environment, we would love to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Houseparent, you will live on campus and serve as a parental figure to a cottage of children (ages 5-18), providing emotional, spiritual, and academic support. You will work alongside a Home Life team to create a nurturing home that fosters faith, personal growth, and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide daily care, supervision, and guidance for children.
✔ Serve as a role model and encourage spiritual growth.
✔ Support children's education, guidance, and social development.
✔ Plan and participate in recreational and family-style activities.
✔ Manage household routines, meals, and chores.
✔ Partner with staff, teachers, and counselors to meet each child’s needs.
