Private Family in Old Westbury, NY Seeking a Full-Time Live-In Nanny

Position:Full-Time Live-In Nanny (Rotational Schedule)
Schedule:Alternating weeks 3 days live-in one week / 5 days live-in the next (approx. 40 hours one week, 25 hours the next)
Salary:The family is offering an hourly rate that equates to a base annual salary of $65,000 depending on experience.

Start Date:ASAP
Relocation:Open to candidates nationwide
Benefits:Paid federal holidays, 2 weeks vacation, vehicle provided for work use


About the Family

A dad and his 3 athletic girls based in Old Westbury, NY is seeking an energetic and proactive nanny to join their household long-term. The home is newly built (3 years old) with a full cleaning staff that comes weekly.

Children:Three school-aged girls all kind, sweet, and very active in sports. Ages 4, 10 and 12.

Pets:Two friendly dogs (Pomsky & Australian Shepherd mix)

Household Staff:Full cleaning team (weekly); nanny will not be responsible for deep cleaning- just the upkeep and laundry


Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, structured childcare and daily support
  • Prepare and pack school lunches; focus on nutritious meal prep
  • School and sports drop-offs and pick-ups (vehicle provided large SUV)
  • Coordinate and assist with after-school activities and sports schedules
  • Supervise playtime and maintain a positive, engaging environment
  • Light household duties (laundry, tidying, organization)
  • Occasional dinner preparation
  • Assist with caring for family dogs (including walks)
  • Support childrens routines

Typical Day (School Year):

  • Morning start around 6:30 AM (prepare kids for school)
  • Midday break/free time until early afternoon
  • School pickups, lunch, and activity coordination
  • Evening support until approximately 7:308:00 PM
