Job description

Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications is hiring experienced control room technicians to perform as one of the following: technical director, assistant director, playback operator, audio engineer, editor, camera operator, or graphics operator with an advanced understanding of live event operations to assist in the production and coverage of the Ithaca College Commencement Ceremony (and other related events).  Must be a critical thinker and problem solver under pressure.  Ability to operate control room equipment. Only candidates that have successfully completed or are currently enrolled in TVR49300 Live Event Production or completed with recommendation TVR22500: Television Production and Direction will be considered. Preference given to candidates that have successfully completed TVR49300 Live Event Production. 

Only candidates that have successfully completed or are currently enrolled in TVR49300 Live Event Production or have advanced Steadicam certifications / Drone certifications. 

Payrate: $16.50 an hour
