Job description

We are a fast-growing audio-visual production company specializing in live events, corporate productions, entertainment experiences, LED video walls, lighting, staging, weddings and custom event technology. We are looking for an experienced and dependable AV Warehouse Supervisor to help manage our daily warehouse operations and ensure our production teams have everything they need for successful events.

This position is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and preparing all event equipment while leading warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping equipment properly maintained and event-ready.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
  • Lead and coordinate warehouse staff during equipment preparation and returns
  • Prepare equipment packages for upcoming events, including lighting, staging, audio/video equipment, truss, cables, and specialty event equipment
  • Manage equipment pull lists, packing, loading, and unloading of trailers and vehicles
  • Ensure all equipment is accounted for, organized, labeled, and properly stored
  • Inspect equipment before and after events and report damage, missing items, or maintenance needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Help improve warehouse systems, organization, and efficiency
  • Train and guide warehouse team members on proper equipment handling
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure events are prepared on time
  • Assist with inventory control and equipment tracking

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, production, staging, AV, entertainment, or event industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Comfortable leading a small team and managing daily priorities
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
  • Experience handling trailers, carts, cases, and production equipment preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Schedule:Full-time positionMonday–Friday schedule (with occasional event support as needed)
