Position: Live Event Replay Operator - Part Time/Hourly
Reports To: Senior Producer

Complementing the events at State Farm Stadium, Insignia Event Services exclusively manages Sportsman's Park and Heritage at Sportsman's Park, offering flexible venues for everything from pre-game activities and tailgating to concerts, festivals, corporate events, and graduations. Job Summary:
The Live Event Replay Operator supports live event production by capturing, editing, and playing back instant replays and highlight packages during Arizona Cardinals home games and other live events. This role is responsible for operating professional replay systems to deliver timely, high-quality video content that enhances the in-stadium fan experience while supporting game presentation and broadcast operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in live sports or broadcast production and performs effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This individual demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality work, communicating effectively, and working positively with others in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Operate Evertz DreamCatcher replay systems during live events

  • Record and organize multiple live camera feeds throughout event execution

  • Select the best camera angles for instant replay and highlight packages

  • Create slow-motion and multi-angle replays in real time during live game action

  • Produce highlight packages during event breaks and following event completion

  • Work collaboratively with the Producer, Director, Technical Director, and Game Presentation team

  • Ensure sponsored replay elements are executed accurately and on schedule

  • Archive game footage and replay content for future use

  • Troubleshoot replay equipment and maintain broadcast-quality standards during live events

  • Support team success by stepping in where needed and maintaining a collaborative, team-first approach to execution

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Experience with live sports or broadcast production preferred

  • Proficiency with replay systems including EVS, Evertz DreamCatcher, or NewTek 3Play preferred

  • Strong knowledge of football, live event operations, and game flow

  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a live production environment

  • Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience with live television or stadium production preferred

  • Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software preferred

  • Familiarity with Ross, Daktronics, or other broadcast graphics systems preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • A team player who cares about the team's success and contributes to a positive team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Must be available to work non-traditional business days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in broadcast trucks, and production control rooms

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment
