Job Description:
Our client is a fast-growing litigation funding company dedicated to providing strategic capital solutions to plaintiffs and law firms. They pride themselves on disciplined underwriting, strong attorney relationships, and responsive client service.
Position Summary:
They are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Account Executive to manage and grow an established book of business and developing new referral partnerships. This role combines sales responsibilities with active territory management, including outbound sales calls, relationship development, and ongoing account management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced in consultative sales, preferably within financial services, legal services, or litigation funding.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to attorneys, firms, and referral partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned territory
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Attend in-person meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as needed
  • Execute strategic growth plans to expand market share

Account Management

  • Manage and grow an existing book of business
  • Maintain consistent communication with active accounts
  • Provide updates on case status, funding timelines, and underwriting decisions
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Operational & Administrative Duties

  • Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to facilitate funding
  • Maintain CRM records and activity tracking
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Experience managing a book of business strongly preferred
  • Background in legal services, financial services, or litigation funding is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
