The Pre-Litigation File Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing pre-litigation case files. This role involves close collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure the efficient progression of cases from intake to resolution before litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-litigation case files from intake to resolution or suit filing.
  • Conduct initial case evaluations and gather necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy.
  • Prepare and necessary legal documents.
  • Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
