The Position: LINE LEAD COOK

The Line Lead Cook plays a critical role in maintaining high standards in preparing quality food for RoadHouse guests. The Line Lead Cook is a positive and professional team player who has leadership skills, a keen attention to detail and operates with a strong sense of urgency.

Line Lead Cook duties include:

  • Setting up and stocking area supplies
  • Preparing ingredients for cooking
  • Ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashion
  • Cross training staff on menu items
  • Reading and executing food tickets
  • Supervising the line
  • Taking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized
  • Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs as needed

Must have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work and familiar with a Brigade style line
  • Familiar with cooking techniques and procedures
  • Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
