Job Title: Line Lead
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview:
BESTAFF is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Lead to oversee production line operations and support team members on the manufacturing floor. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach. The Line Lead will be responsible for training team members, ensuring production runs smoothly, and assisting with daily labor tasks until team members are fully trained.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and support production line operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  2. Train and mentor production team members on processes and procedures
  3. Assist with daily manual labor tasks as needed while building and training the team
  4. Understand and operate machinery, including learning machine coding and system inputs
  5. Troubleshoot production issues and implement problem-solving solutions
  6. Monitor workflow and ensure safety and productivity on the line
  7. Communicate effectively with management and production staff
Requirements:
  1. Previous manufacturing experience required
  2. Leadership or management experience required
  3. Strong work ethic and reliability
  4. Basic mathematical skills and ability to learn machine coding and system operations
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities
  6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  7. Willingness to perform hands-on manual labor daily until staff are fully trained
