Job description

Line Lead Production/Assembly

This position is responsible for leading the Production Staff


Job Duties:

  • Inspection of product every hour or more frequently depending on the project
  • Responsible for reconciliation to ensure accuracy of job
  • Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job
  • Supervise temp workers in an assembly line setting
  • Fill in when temporary workers are absent, at lunch etc
  • Enter product info totals at the end of shifts into WMS

Production Line Lead Education & Experience:

  • Education Desired - High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production


Production Line Lead Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system
  • Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
  • Ability to plan in advance for production in your area


Production Line Lead Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting
  • Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift
  • Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
