Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Lead to oversee daily production operations and lead a team of 6–7 production employees. The Line Lead will work alongside team members to ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and meets quality and productivity goals. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to accurately complete production documentation.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of 6–7 production employees on the production line.
  • Work alongside team members to ensure production schedules and goals are achieved.
  • Monitor line performance and ensure production is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure products meet company quality requirements and customer specifications.
  • Complete handwritten production reports and other required documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating or leading a production line in a manufacturing environment.
