Job Overview: 2nd Shift - Packaging Line Lead: 3 PM - 12:30 AM:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packaging Line Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our packaging production line. This role is vital in ensuring that packaging processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with industrial equipment, and a commitment to safety compliance. As a Packaging Line Lead, you will lead a team of operators, troubleshoot machinery issues, and uphold manufacturing best practices to support our company's production goals.

Duties: 2nd Shift - Packaging Line Lead: 3 PM - 12:30 AM:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily packaging line activities to ensure timely and efficient production output.
  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery, including troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing basic maintenance.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform minor repairs, and escalate complex issues to maintenance teams.
  • Assist with setup, changeovers, and calibration of packaging machines to meet product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including shift logs, quality checks, and safety documentation.

  • Support warehouse activities related to inventory management, including loading/unloading pallets and organizing supplies.
