Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.

Our operation is based in Peoria, IL and supports CAT in the area. We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customerreported defects on inventory.
  • Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance, and invoicing.
  • Interact with the customer daily to ensure clear communication and strong satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and the customer, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP and EWM is beneficial.
  • Prepare reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve qualityrelated issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or a distributioncenter environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Moderate proficiency with officebased software.
  • Able to maintain a standard 40hour workweek while working a flexible schedule when needed.
  • Associate's Degree preferred but not required.
