Our busy Bryn Mawr, PA, location is seeking an Weekend Assistant Spa Manager to Welcome, Empower, and Connect with our clientele to provide the ultimate spa experience by ensuring our Members are enjoying the best hour of their month, and to encourage new clients to become members by making a massage or facial a part of their monthly self-care ritual.
Our Weekend Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for leading the Spa Ambassador Team to achieve the sales goals of the spa, and works with our Spa Manager to realize the spas Culture of Excellence.
This schedule for this position is Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday for approximately 20 hours total.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following Skills & Traits:
  • Commissioned Sales Experience is a MUST, preferably in a membership-based environment
  • Communication: Communicate with clients and provide exceptional service in a professional and personable way
