This property is a 81-unit affordable housing community operating under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. As a Maintenance Technician at Aperto, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our communities. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all aspects of our properties to ensure a positive living experience for our residents.
