Are you a passionate lighting and interior design professional who loves selling and building client relationships?

We’re looking for a driven Lighting Designer & Sales professional to join Rebel and Company Lighting in Los Gatos. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, sales-driven individual who wants to combine creativity with strong revenue results.

What You’ll Do:

Create beautiful and inviting displays that showcase our lighting, mirrors, and hardware collections.

Work directly with customers, providing expert design advice and helping them find the perfect lighting solutions for their homes or projects.

Drive sales through personalized consultations, strong product knowledge, and relationship building.

Help grow the business by bringing your own book of business and developing new client relationships.

Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment while consistently hitting ambitious sales goals.

Support day-to-day showroom operations and visual merchandising.
