Job description

Position Objective

Drive profitable growth through new recurring maintenance contracts, enhancement sales, and seasonal and permanent lighting services while maintaining company margin standards and delivering an excellent customer experience.


Basic Responsibilities

The Sales Representative is expected to:

  • Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and self-sourcing
  • Meet with residential and commercial prospects to assess property needs
  • Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals in a timely manner
  • Sell recurring lawn & landscape maintenance contracts
  • Upsell enhancements, seasonal services, Christmas lights, and permanent lighting
  • Follow company pricing, margin, and discount guidelines
  • Accurately enter all leads, proposals, and closed sales into the company CRM
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoff of sold work
  • Follow up on proposals to maintain strong close rates
  • Represent the company professionally in appearance, communication, and conduct
  • Support seasonal sales initiatives (including peak Christmas lighting season)
