Lifeworks Mental Association Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This full-time position involves providing essential mental health counseling services remotely to a diverse clientele, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic support aimed at improving emotional well-being.

This position is remote, offering flexible work-from-home opportunities while ensuring connection with a collaborative team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques through remote sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapies.
  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic treatment approaches and comprehensive client support.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance skills and stay informed on the latest mental health research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who often have limited access to mental health resources. Our clients may be experiencing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 90,000, depending on experience and caseload.
