• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately gauge clients' presenting issues, backgrounds, and tailored treatment goals.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and continuous monitoring of client progress.

• Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all client interactions and documentation.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated clinical skills, including proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention implementation.

• Outstanding communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to foster effective client interactions and relationships.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy.

• A background in program development or community health initiatives.
