Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify presenting issues and collaboratively determine treatment goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based clinical modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness strategies tailored to the needs of each client.

• Develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans, tracking client progress and adapting interventions as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training and workshops to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements while fostering trust in the therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Support clients in navigating life challenges by offering practical strategies, guidance, and emotional support while facilitating their journey towards recovery and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client base, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking to strengthen their dynamics. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, where direct client contact and therapy were primary responsibilities.

• Exceptional clinical skills including comprehensive assessment, effective treatment planning, and intervention execution.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

Experience working specifically within a detox environment or with clients facing substance use issues is a plus but not a requirement. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will enhance the effectiveness of your contributions in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
