What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist with LifeWorks, you will provide high-quality, individualized therapy services that help clients build skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life. You’ll collaborate closely with families and other professionals while creating personalized treatment plans that support meaningful progress.

In this role, you will:

Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide engaging, client-centered occupational therapy sessions

Support development of functional, motor, sensory, and daily living skills

Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Complete timely and accurate documentation

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to strong client outcomes

Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing professional development

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an OT who is skilled, warm, motivated, and excited to be part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current California Occupational Therapist license

Experience working with clients with developmental, physical, or cognitive challenges preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
