• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to understand clients' backgrounds, presenting issues, and treatment aspirations.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that are informed by continuous client feedback and progress evaluations.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all interactions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and outcome evaluations, leveraging organizational tools to streamline processes.

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals undergoing detoxification from substances such as alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. They often face significant emotional and psychological challenges associated with addiction, making your role vital in promoting healing and rehabilitation. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance metrics. Employee benefits include:
