• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, history, and treatment goals, laying the foundation for a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness principles, and narrative therapy methods.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the distinct needs and preferences of each client, adapting techniques based on ongoing evaluations.

• Engage in regular consultations with clients to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies, ensuring alignment with their goals.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Commit to continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and conferences to remain informed about advancements in therapeutic practices.

• Build and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and a collaborative spirit crucial for effective emotional healing and personal growth.

• Provide clients with practical strategies and ongoing support to help them navigate various life challenges, empowering them towards sustained personal growth.

Your clientele will consist of diverse individuals, couples, and families who reach out for support with varying mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Working remotely allows you to connect with clients from various backgrounds across Pennsylvania, offering therapy that is both accessible and personal.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.

• Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting, with a preference for candidates who have experience in private practice.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention methodologies that provide effective client outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a nurturing and empathetic approach to client interactions.

While not mandatory, experience with specific modalities such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, or narrative therapy will be considered an asset. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
