Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all participants.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that meet the needs of the community.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage staff to enhance their professional growth and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
