Key Responsibilities

In your role as a licensed mental health therapist, you will be expected to:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation and preferences.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to facilitate effective therapy sessions.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and foster a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Provide crisis intervention as necessary and refer clients to additional resources for specialized care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will be diverse, encompassing individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. You will engage with clients of various ages and backgrounds, providing therapy that respects and acknowledges cultural diversity and individual experiences. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
