About This Role

Stepping Stones Learning Center in Neenah is hiring a Kitchen Staff member to support our daily food service operations this summer and beyond. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, 7:30 AM–2:30 PM. We need someone reliable and organized who can hit the ground running — no early childhood education background required. If you take pride in a clean, well-run kitchen and enjoy being part of a team that supports young children, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and snack
  • Prep and serve lunch (prepared offsite), including cutting and portioning fruits, vegetables, and sides
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the day
  • Manage bib laundry loads

Requirements
  • 4-hr Food Service Personnel Training
  • Ability to pass an FBI background check
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–2:30 PM
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves
  • Prior experience in a school, childcare, or institutional food service setting
  • Familiarity with CACFP meal pattern guidelines
  • Experience with kitchen sanitation and health code compliance
