Job description

Richland Library is seeking to hire a Part-Time Human Resources Intern at our Main location.Sample Duties:
  • Assist with maintaining employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and organizational events.
  • Create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents to support HR operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:

Rising high school senior or above
