Administrative Assistant
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available upon permanent hire

A respected financial institution is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the department team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, administrative support, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Assist customers and dealers with account inquiries
  • Process loan payments and payoff requests
