The Marketing Liaison Manager is responsible for Community Liaison, overall external marketing, including coordination with other referral sources. This person may also help out in intake. The territory cover the greater Main Line area.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Client growth by building out community relationship and referral sources
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing referral network across the business footprint
  • Develop and executing ongoing marketing plan including management of event sponsorship, marketing, advertising and tracking results there off.
  • Work with our Wellness Team to enhance understanding of client needs and highlight their inclusions in diverse marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain caregiver referral sources
  • Serve as an advisor and a mentor to varying levels within the organization
  • Assist executive management with preparation and administration of the agency's mentor program

Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
  • Extensive community relations development experience
  • Working knowledge of internet recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Must be comfortable in one-on-one as well as with public speaking and should have with demonstrable presentation skills
  • Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor in all situations
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standard
