Job Description
Position Overview: As a Customer Liaison at California Closets Michigan, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our brand. This dynamic position involves scheduling consultations, supporting our Design Consultants, and maintaining the showroom in top condition. Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling & Clerical Support:
    • Manage appointment scheduling for Design Consultants and follow up on leads in an efficient and detailed manner.
    • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs.
  • Showroom & Office Management:
    • Keep the showroom pristine and organized, ensuring it's always ready for customers.
    • Assist with general office duties, including maintaining office equipment, inventory of supplies and sales materials, and ensuring the space remains neat and functional.
    • Event coordination as directed by the Liaison Manager.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Greet customers warmly, offer showroom tours, and provide information about our products and design processes.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, helping clients feel welcomed and valued.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including managing scheduling calendars and resource coordination.
    • Assist with marketing tasks and data entry, as directed by the Liaison Manager.

Qualifications
