Job Summary
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional seeking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage. The Associate will work closely with brokers to support site selection initiatives and transaction-related activities, gaining meaningful exposure to market analysis, client strategy, and the leasing process. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site selection research across retail markets nationwide.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets and data tables using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
