Property Manager

As a BAM Property Manager, you'll take ownership of one of our communities by leading a team, hitting performance goals, and ensuring residents feel at home every day.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team (leasing, maintenance, and admin)
  • Own the financials: budgeting, rent collection, cost control
  • Drive occupancy and retention through smart marketing and exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory guidelines
  • Champion asset care and property performance
You Bring:
  • 5+ years of residential property management experience (Class B+ or higher preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
