Property Analyst - Level 2 - Junior Level
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time Property Management professional to support our Finance and Business Operations organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective accountability, control, compliance, and stewardship of company, government, and customer property throughout its lifecycle. You will work closely with customers, government agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with contractual, regulatory, and corporate requirements while supporting business operations and property management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform property control analysis activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policies, customer requirements, and government regulations.
- Manage property accountability through a system of controls covering all phases of the property lifecycle, from Acquisition through Disposition.
- Interact with customers, federal oversight agencies, and internal personnel to investigate, analyze, and resolve regulatory compliance issues.
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze assessment results as assigned.
- Provide guidance to suppliers and interact with them to ensure adequate control and accountability of company and customer property in their possession.
- Support property-related matters both pre- and post-contract award by identifying risks, addressing unique contractual requirements, and providing support during contract performance and applicable closeout activities.
- Apply working knowledge and comprehension of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements, contract requirements, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) related to property acquisition, utilization, and disposition.
- Ensure compliance of major business systems and processes required to conduct business with domestic and international entities.
- Provide guidance and training to company personnel on business system processes, interpretation of applicable laws and regulations, and compliance requirements, as required.

You possess an understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), contractual obligations, and property management best practices. You are comfortable collaborating with customers, government agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues, assess risks, and ensure accountability throughout the property lifecycle. Your ability to analyze complex situations, maintain compliance, and communicate guidance effectively enables you to support organizational objectives and operational excellence.
