Job Description
Level All is hiring an Analyst, Partner Success to join our Sales and Partnerships team. In this role, you'll own the full post-sale relationship with our school partners, from onboarding through ongoing engagement. Working directly with school leaders and counselors, you'll drive student participation and partner satisfaction. You'll report to sales leadership and play a key role in Level All's growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven flexibility to learn and work with new technology and systems.
  • An organized self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with school counselors and school leadership.
  • Passion for improving outcomes for high school students through education.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Work in education or an education-related organization as a high school educator, high school counselor, or college access counselor a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in Partner Success/ Partnerships role preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to travel to schools for onboarding meetings, general touch points, and professional development support.

Additional Information
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete school partner relationship from onboarding through ongoing touchpoints via email, phone, and onsite visits driving strong partner satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, principals, counselors, and other leaders at partner organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen engagement within existing partner schools.
  • Gather and relay product feedback from partners to inform platform improvements.
  • Support the team in refining processes and systems that serve our school partner
  • Develop and track annual partner goals aligned with Level All's mission and strategic plan, including analyzing student and family participation data.
