Job Summary:
Ascension Federal Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support to employees in the Orlando area. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on desktop computers and laptops, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems while providing training and support to end users.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and configure new desktop systems for employees
• Train end users on basic computer skills and software applications
• Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field
