Job Description
At LEGO® Education, we believe the best learning happens when curiosity leads the way. As Head of US Marketing, you'll drive the growth strategies that inspire educators, engage decision-makers, and expand the impact of learning through play across the US.
The Head of US Marketing will lead the marketing strategy for LEGO Education's US business, with a clear focus on accelerating LEGO Education's expansion into the core classroom. This role is responsible for translating US market needs, customer insights, and commercial priorities into an integrated marketing strategy that builds awareness, drives demand, strengthens pipeline, and supports revenue growth across the full US portfolio.
As a member of the US & Global Marketing leadership teams, this role will serve as the primary connector between the US market and Global Marketing Centers of Excellence, leveraging resources across Brand, Communications, Web, and Product Marketing to deliver cohesive, audience-relevant, and commercially effective marketing plans while directly managing US Events, Content, Campaigns, Marketing Ops, SDRs, and ABM. This role will have shared accountability for driving overall market growth and reach, ultimately creating impactful learning outcomes through hands-on learning experiences in students across the US.
Please Note:
  • The role is based out of our new Boston HUB location at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and develop a best-in-class US marketing team responsible for overseeing an outsourced SDR function, national campaigns, national, regional, and digital events, content marketing, account-based marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, and measurable commercial impact.

  • Member of the US & Global Marketing Leadership Teams, representing the US market voice and ensuring alignment between US commercial priorities and global marketing strategy.

  • Develop a deep understanding of US market dynamics, Core Classroom buying journeys, customer needs, and audience insights to continuously optimize marketing strategy and inform global priorities.

  • Lead the integrated US marketing strategy across the full portfolio, ensuring plans support core classroom penetration, sustained enrichment position, brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline growth, web performance, and sales enablement.

  • Create and deliver US marketing plans, tactics, budgets, and performance measures that clearly connect marketing activity to US growth ambition and business outcomes.

  • Partner closely with US Sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion, account progression, and marketing contribution to revenue.

  • Orchestrate US execution of global campaigns and product launches, leveraging Global Marketing resources across Brand, Communications, Web, and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive, locally relevant, and commercially effective activation.

  • Serve as the key US partner to global teams, providing market feedback, customer insights, campaign learnings, and performance data to shape future global strategies, assets, messaging, and product marketing priorities.

  • Partner with Educational Impact, Brand, and Comms to establish and grow co-marketing presence alongside fellow organizations in US Education, ensuring mission alignment, message resonance, and reach.

  • Own and drive the compliance agenda across US Marketing activities, including policies related to marketing investments, donations, sponsorships, gifts, hospitality, entertainment, and FOC goods.

Through our focus on science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM), we want to enable every student to develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed at school and in life.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Strong knowledge of the US Education market, including how districts and schools make decisions, what educators need to adopt solutions successfully, and how the broader K-12 landscape continues to evolve.

  • Experience leading integrated marketing strategies that connect brand, demand generation, digital, events, content, product marketing, and sales enablement into a cohesive plan that drives measurable business impact.

  • Skilled at turning market insights, customer needs, and commercial priorities into clear marketing plans that build awareness, strengthen pipelines, improve conversion, and support revenue growth.

  • Experience leading teams and external partners, including outsourced sales development or lead generation functions, with a focus on performance, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong cross-functional partner who can work effectively with Sales, Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, Brand, Web, and other stakeholders to align priorities and deliver through influence.
